Delicious cooked breakfast that surely hit the spot.
I booked the Deluxe Family Room expecting an en suite, but it was a long walk down the corridor to the bathroom at night. How is it acceptable to charge £145 without an en suite? The noise from the main door next to our room was disruptive, especially when trying to get a good night's rest.

Loved the comfy room with flat-screen TV and access to the game room. Parking was limited.

oh where do I even begin? the bathroom wasn’t en suite, which is absolutely unacceptable for £145 a night, and I could hear other guests like they were in my room! to top it off, I expected a little welcome gift for my trouble but got nothing. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The rooms are stylish, clean, and equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. The cooked-to-order breakfast was fantastic, offering everything from the full Scottish breakfast to lighter options, all served in a lovely sitting area.
The family room we booked had a private bathroom, but it wasn’t en suite, which was inconvenient especially at night—it was down the hall. the street-side room overlooked the garden but did pick up some noise from the main door opening and closing. For £145 a night, I would have expected more amenities.

The Deluxe Family Room was comfy, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The decor was nice, and everything felt clean and fresh. it was a bit inconvenient that the bathroom wasn’t en suite—having to step out to use it at night wasn't ideal. Still, the amenities like tea and coffee were a nice touch.

Charming Anstruther days 🌊
What a lekker stay! Robert was super helpful—he sorted us out with local tips for the coastal walk and where to grab a good meal. The garden view from our room was a proper treat, and the pool table was a fun touch to chill with.
Could hear a bit of noise from other guests at times.

Had a fantastic stay with friends. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel at home. Breakfast in the garden was a real highlight, and we enjoyed some fun evenings in the mancave playing pool. Make sure to check out the local coastal walks too.
Our deluxe family room, while beautiful, wasn’t en suite which was a bit inconvenient during the night.

Perfect for families with children
Had a lovely experience at this charming place, Robert and Catriona were incredibly warm and welcoming. The breakfast was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious, truly hit the spot to start the day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the quality and service you get, it was acceptable.
